This refund policy is for TzunaBee customers who have issues with their orders, products, or packages. TzunaBee will process refunds within 24-48 hours.

 

What You Need to Provide:

 

  1. Photos/videos of the package with tracking number, damaged product as proof.
  2. (Optional) Tracking number if a return is requested.

 

How to Request a Refund:

 

  1. Contact TzunaBee via email support@tzunabee.com.
  2. Send photos/videos of the package with tracking number and damaged product.

 

*Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card).

 

Refund Conditions:

 

  1. Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, TzunaBee offers a full refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive an incorrect product, a product with the wrong color or size, or a product missing a component, TzunaBee offers a full refund or replacement. You don’t need to return the incorrect product.
  3. Delayed Orders: TzunaBee offers a full refund if the order is delayed beyond 30 days (or 40 days during busy seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas etc.) from the date the package leaves the warehouse. Refunds for delayed orders are subject to the destination country and shipping circumstances.
  4. Missing Packages: TzunaBee offers a full refund if the package is missing during delivery.
  5. Other Conditions: TzunaBee offers a 14-day warranty from the day of receipt. After 14 days, refunds are not supported.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions:

 

  1. Order Delivered: No resend if the tracking information shows "order delivered." Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items may request for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Package Unclaimed: Unclaimed packages will be destroyed by the carrier within a certain period of time.
  3. Tracking Information Alert: No refund or resend if tracking info shows issues like an incorrect address, refused package, or customs clearance problems.

 

Additional Information:

 

  1. Expiration Date for Raising Disputes: You can raise a dispute within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
  2. Dispute Denial: Disputes will be denied for no tracking info, expired tracking info (over 180 days), specific shipping options, certain destination countries, and force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  3. Returns: TzunaBee does not recommend returning products due to high shipping costs and long delivery times. If you must return a product, ensure it is in good condition in complete original packaging, return it within 10 days, and cover the shipping cost. Contact us at support@tzunabee.com for return address and provide us the tracking number.
